Hey Flawless Baddies! My name is Gri short for Grismeldy. I am a NYS licensed, home based wax specialist located in the Bronx, Near the Yankee Stadium. 4 & D train station is nearby. I have been waxing now for a little over 2 years & although that might not seem like a long enough time for some, my credentials speak for themselves. If my availability does not match yours feel free to send me a text with the date and time you need so that I can accommodate you in my home. There is a $2 convenience fee to book. DEPOSITS: A deposit is required to secure your appt via Zelle. Deposits are NON- REFUNDABLE and vary depending on your wax service. Deposits are only TRANSFERABLE in the event that I need to reschedule or if you cancel & rebook within 24 hrs of your scheduled appt. Deposits go towards your service total. The Balance is due in CASH ONLY the day of your appt. LATENESS: I understand sometimes life happens. In the event that you are running late, please send me a text. There is a 8 min grace period. After 8 mins you will be charged a $15 late fee. After 15 mins your appt will be canceled & your deposit will be lost. LATE NIGHT APPTS | HOUSE CALLS | SQUEEZE INS: I accept late night appts on Wednesdays, Saturdays & Sundays for an additional $30 fee. Late night appts are from 7:30pm-10pm House calls are available for the Bronx, Manhattan & Yonkers starting at a $30 fee in the Bronx & varies depending on your location (Harlem, Yonkers). House call appts do not have to be within the hours of availability I have listed, I will try my best to accommodate you. I am also accepting squeeze in appts for a $30 extra fee. This option is for clients whose availability does not match mine. For example, if you need an appt in between my clients or on a day that I am off. We can then discuss a time and date that can accommodate the both of us. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are to be done 24hrs prior to your appt. If you DO NOT cancel within 24 hrs of your appt, a cancellation fee of 50% of your booked service will be charged & deposit will be lost. If you DO cancel within the time frame required your deposit will go towards your next appt as long as you rebook within 24 hrs of cancellation. No call no show results in being banned from booking with me.
